Strategy Companion’s Analyzer™ Provides DataQuick with Easy-to-Use Business Intelligence

EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA–April 17, 2008 – Strategy Companion Corporation, a leading developer of intuitive, easy to use Business Intelligence (BI) software for the Microsoft SQL Server platform, today announced that DataQuick is incorporating the company’s Analyzer BI software in its premier real estate information solutions. DataQuick customers rely on the company to provide data and analytical tools which will enable them to make better decisions leading to more business opportunities and increased profits. DataQuick will be providing the solution as an online browser-based service, taking advantage of Analyzer’s Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment option.

DataQuick’s core competencies are data management and distribution. The company is widely recognized as the industry expert in real property analysis and is often quoted in many national publications. It made sense for DataQuick to choose a BI partner of the same caliber, allowing each company to concentrate on what it does best.

According to Krepfle, DataQuick had two major goals in finding and implementing an outsourced BI solution. They needed a BI analysis and reporting tool that was robust enough for DataQuick customers to easily harvest and merge millions of pieces of information and visualize the results easily.

The company also wanted to incorporate BI analysis and reporting software that would help DataQuick cross-sell and up-sell additional services. Because of Analyzer’s extreme ease of use, the analyses and resulting reports create a demand for even more information, and consequently more DataQuick products and services.

According to Krepfle, there was another main reason that Analyzer was chosen by DataQuick to be their analysis and reporting tool.

"We use Microsoft – from building our back end to the front end," Krepfle says. "We needed the analysis and reporting software to be a key part of our existing Microsoft-centric BI stack deployment."

With Analyzer, DataQuick now has a front-end application with an impressive seamless integration between itself and the latest server-side features of MS SQL Server, including Analysis Services. Analyzer provides the BI functionality that DataQuick needed in a Microsoft-centric computing environment. Developed in C# on the ASP.NET platform, Analyzer is built upon and takes advantage of the very latest Microsoft technologies, including the newest features of SQL Server 2005.

Leveraging SQL Server’s Unified Dimensional Model (UDM), Analyzer delivers the benefits of the latest functionality and features of the analytic and reporting engines, such as MDX scripting, Key Performance Indicators, attribute-based dimensions, security control, multi-language support, and perspectives. .
