MRG Uses Strategy Companion's Analyzer for Its Marketrack SaaS Product

IRVINE, Calif. -October 3, 2008- Strategy Companion Corporation, a leading provider of intuitive,
easy-to-use Business Intelligence (BI) software for the SQL Server platform, today announced that MRG (Millennium Research Group)
in Toronto, Ontario has incorporated the company's Analyzer™ Business Intelligence solution into its Marketrack™ product. MRG is using
Analyzer as their front-end reporting and analytics tool for client access to their medical device research data.
Marketrack serves over 50 of the largest global healthcare companies and needed a full-featured reporting and analytics tool
to allow clients to access their data. MRG reviewed several different business intelligence tools, including open-source applications.
Analyzer's full-featured, intuitive interface and zero-footprint, Web-based client met their requirements perfectly.
Marketrack's Data Miner 2.0 application, using Analyzer, has been very well received by MRG's clients. Because Analyzer is what clients
see and experience, its clean, easy-to-use interface has impressed MRG's clients and helped MRG acquire new customers. In just a few short
months, MRG's subscription renewal rate has increased by 6%.
"Initially, we offered our clients a reporting tool we developed in-house, but it required too much maintenance and there were constant
installation issues," says Christian Burnaccioni, IT Manager for MRG. "Analyzer is easy to use, and its Web client and flexible licensing
model made it an easy choice to replace our own tool."
Strategy Companion's Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) licensing model allows MRG to easily distribute new licenses to additional clients.
SaaS can help solve the challenge of extending applications and data to customers, partners, and suppliers, eliminating the need to
install and run the application on the user's own computer.
"It would have been a tricky licensing model for any other vendor, and very expensive," says Burnaccioni.
